Lived in the Fredericksburg area since 1994. After obtaining my Master’s of Business Administration I relocated back to Virginia. I have been a Realtor for several years working side by side with the Broker, my mom. I perform over 50 Broker’s Price Opinion weekly for banks and asset management companies. I specialize in listing Real Estate Owned (REO) and bank properties. My family has always been involved in the real estate market; constantly buying, selling, moving, and doing it all over again. It must run in the family as we all seem to have the passion for it.
My mom had been trying to think of a name for the business for over a year, she would bounce names off me. None seemed to fit right. While she was driving down the road one day looking out the window it came to her. She called me and said “Guess What the name of the company is; “TIME”. She said, “one day it will be yours anyways”. We laughed, because when I was younger I use to write my name as Time for short instead of writing out Timmy or Timothy. This was a “yes” and the company took off. I enjoy all aspects of the real estate industry; from getting my hands dirty doing fix up work to assisting sellers or putting that first time homebuyer in their new home. You can always count on TIME to get the job done!
